I revised my letter to Hi-rez support

"Hello. Yesterday I purchaed $14.99 worth of gems in Smite (800 gems), and the money was deducted from my steam wallet, but i never recieved the 800 gems in my steam account. I contacted Steam support, and they said because they have no control over the in game currency of smite, that I would have to contact Smite support. I will attach documents of my steam support response, proof of purchase, and my smite account showing i never got the gems. I was wondering if you could either give me the 800 gems or $14.99 of credit for smite?"

Now they can't tell me to contact steam support, if they respond at all

I got a response on my last letter to smite support but it was an automated bot so it really didn't mean anything

this is stupid bc i sent a email to steam and hirez and no one sent me anything NO RESPONSE and it has been 1 day

steam support told me to contact hi-rez. We all should keep calm because we all have proof of this glitch. We have the steam proof of purchase, and the fact it was never added to our hi-rez. Eventually hi-rez will have to address the issue so all we can do is file reports and wait.

I think we would get our gems back, but only if hi-rez was genorous. Steam's "contract" or whatever doesn't allow them to refund gem purchases.

I wouldn't really say we would get them back because we never got them in the first place.

In the future dont order off steam, order off the site its so much easier and less buggier.
I beleive i already mentioned this up in the comments but srsly order off the main site in the future.

To follow on, I contacted HiRez as previously suggested in this post, who are asking for my receipt number. I never had a receipt, so now they are saying to contact Steam. I had to add funds to my wallet which have been debited from my bank and from my wallet, but still no gems!!!! ARGGGGHHHH!!!

they are working on lot of things as that bug/achievement's bug but well...they are doing nothing,nothing is solved,they just shut down servers, putting ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ maintenance every day for? we don't even know ! very nice job
