Chests and Skins on sale

There are a lot of skins on sale every day now. Do I understand correctly that the skins purchased now will not be transferred to Smite 2? And if that's the case, then I don't understand... Is it suggested to buy skins for a month or two?

And the second question is about the chests. Will the unopened chests be transferred to Smite 2?

Got it in one. Same as how they're still slinging skins into Twitch Prime subscription that won't transfer as well. From what i understand some of the most recent skins *will* transfer, since they're being designed to be easy to port, but otherwise yeah, not transferring. Unless you intend to keep playing Smite 1 like a lot are, I wouldn't buy.

As for chests, I. Don't think they ever addressed those, but I doubt those'll fare much better.

Only the "gems spend" transfer over aswell as Crossgen Skins. You lose everything else.

So better dont buy anything for this game anymore unless you see a crossgen skin you want for Smite2.
