- Remove the name, "naming&shaming" isnt allowed in the forums.
- "Aimbot": While not impossible, very unlikely since the whole "projectile has to travel a distance" and "people can just move somewhere else" screws with it big time, to the point that the successfull /reliable hit rate wouldnt be that much higher than the average player without an aimbot.
- "Probably wallhacking", so you arent even sure but accuse him of it anyway. What makes you sure that he / his teammates didnt just see you moving in that direction or, god forbid, had wards set up?
- And you just mention that "you have seen subtle speedhacks, but nothing like that" without even going into any detail. Has the vibe of "no, i cant describe what the UFO looked like, but i swear it totally was one".
Just to be clear: I am not saying its impossible that this Anubis did cheat / hack. What i am saying is that your post - in addition to breaking forum rules - reads like the average "if someone wins against me its totally cheating!" rage / vent post.
I obviously recorded the whole thing. People in his team were even vouching for him in the end game lobby and even trash talked me.
Yes, I have seen many speedhackers, particulary recently, which were using more subtle speedboosts but you can still notice it, especially by slowing down clips...
In this case with this Anubis, there's no doubt he was cheating, lol, he was just going full lightning speed all around the map.
For me it was crystal clear the guy was aimboting, I've already seen situations like this in some pro videos, one of them from Weaken as well.
I got the whole thing recorded, not sure if I'm allowed to share it here
You arent, same as with the naming&shaming rule. But like i said, you can report the player to HiRez, maybe even send the recording to them, just to make sure. But what exactly do you mean with "lighting speed"? So he went from one side of the map to the other in 0,25 seconds, or something like that? Or was he just faster then the person chasing him?
And again, i heavily doubt that aimbotting helps all that much in Smite since it by no means can guarantee a 100% /obviously high hitrate (assuming the enemy doesnt stand directly in front of his face).
skill issue xx
Why happy face?
we can check his stats and how he play on video, bcs i seen cheaters, but they all was very bad and lose games
You can very easily create aimbots that compensate for enemy movement as well as projectile travel speed.
I just got told I can't post video evidence. You can check [...] on youtube you'll find the video there.
He was very bad, but our skills couldn't compensate for his cheats + the rest of his team.
Funny thing is posting videos on YT can also get you banned if the cheater sees it and reports you for naming and shaming. Sure he goes bye bye aswell but he takes you six feet under with him. Worst case he didnt cheat and you just assumed it out of inexperience and then you go bye bye for ever.
What i wanted to tell you is that opening topics like this is meaningless unless you dont care and post the evidence. Report him with video prove and he will be gone very fast. Posting this kind of stuff in puplic can backfire extremely hard.
