screen tearing issue

Trying to get back into Smite after a few years break but now when I try to play im getting screen tears about every 20 seconds. I've changed just about every setting I can think of in-game & in nvidia control panel. I use a 60hz monitor. Complete pc dummy any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Ensure all your drivers are up to date and make sure V-Synch is enabled in Video Options.
