I just got it after game, what do it do or where can I use/see it?

Capes currently are for Mincraft skins.
Only certain gods have those.
If you do not have a Minecraft skin, it does not matter.
The place where you set things like which ward skin you use, which loading screen, which frame, etc. Scroll down and you should see a spot to set which cape you use for your Minecraft skins.
