Question about Achilles

1. Is Glad shield still good on him? I see it in almost every build but heard it was nerfed recently

2. Why does his ult not work half the time, yesterday I was playing arena and two enemies were both like 1 hit but neither would show the execute icon

As someone who main achillies in conquest, to answer the first question, it's still really good for him, in early game atleast. You can swap your protection for faster attack speed and damage so you can really lay it on enemy gods in solo lane. And for second, they have to be super low. People often have instant heals or something that at that split second before executing them, they heal to enough where you can't instant kill them. Hit them with 1 stun before trying to execute, they can't react after that.

As the guy said it's still really good for him and for the ult it may just be a instant heal

Achilles is imo one the best gods for solos in conquest and a good jungle

I mean, maybe im seeing things, but im not talking about healing before ult, im talking about they have almost no health, my ult is ready, and theres no icon saying that i can execute them, i dont understand why

i never heard of that but if it is a glitch is best to report it to hi rez

I've had the same issue with achilles ult, people around 10-20% hp but the execute option does not appear. Makes me think the 30% base execution is actually at max lvl.
