PS4 account link ?
so clearly this has been an issue for a very long time and the company doesnt care to fix this issue wow having to start all the way over just to play on pc

Unfortunately, you have to open different accounts on PS4 and another account on pc. Hi-Rez will NEVER let you bring over your account between platforms. They want you to buy the god pack and the same skins on PC and PS4.

Games like DC Universe Online allows you to carry over your account details from PC and from Ps3, but you can't do that for SMITE.
