Is there a way to contact them? Submitting a ticket doesn't work, the email listed on steam is dead and social media seems to have been dead for years. I'm trying to get into my account from 2017 but I'm not getting any emails back or able to log in. I was hoping I could submit a ticket to them to get it fixed.

Given the fact that these days you get reported by people for every fart it could take a while until your ticket is even seen. The amount of false reports they have every day results in huge backlog and sadly the real Tickets suffer from this.

Just give it some time.
If you still think your ticket got lost visit the Smite website and see if there is a contact formular or support ticket button.

I ended up eventually getting an email back from the automatic password recovery. I never got to make a ticket since there is no ticket option on the website ^^' I was just wondering HOW to make a support ticket since the option isn't available. But it's solved now, no problem

They moved everything to their Discord and even there a lot of stuff goes unanswered.
