less competitive around minions but more competitive around jungle camps .
Its easier to get into and have casual fun .
And the best thing its less toxic than LoL.
especially after you play alot you will encounter less and less players that trashtalk .
As for OP, Smite is a bit different from LoL in regards of gameplay but similar when it comes to Objective.
It still follows the Destroy the Towers then the Nexus 5v5 & 3v3, still has ARAM in form of Assault but in addition it also has the Arena and 2v2.
Just like LoL, all the gods are unique and their own Pantheon's though Balance will be a huge difference.
Combat is more skill and aim based and not much Auto like in LoL.
So yeah I prefer Smite, the 3rd person controls and mouse aiming just work better for me.
Edit: Smite has for sure a longer learning curve, im talking about months until you can say you know how to play smite, each god has a very unique playstyle and some gods are just broken as ♥♥♥♥, my advice for you is "Don't stick with derp gods like anubis or kkk" you'll never learn how to play that way, try different roles and learn the builds. And ffs use the MUTE option instead of letting toxicity get the best of you, it will make your experience a lot better.
