Cant log in

It keeps saying 'we appreciate your patience etc. we're trying to get you in the queue as fast as possible' or something like that, then it puts me back to the login screen. What's the deal?
My user/pw works on the hirez website just fine, so it's not like i'm putting it in wrong, what's up??

Yes no matter what i do, including typing my password and Nickname, but can logging or playing the game
