You have 400 hours on this game you should probably know the answer to this.
Midguardian + wingblade. Midguardian will stop the fatalis affect and wingblade will insure his ult is no problem ever. His eat minion is fine as is imo, last thing we needa do is nerf a God that just got buffed to the point of viable.
Bellona can disarm him, Vamana can dash away and knock him up, Tyr can interrupt his 3 with his CC, Ravana has his root, SWK has a knockup dash or a stun, Amaterasu has her silence... All of which give you options for making him waste at least a good portion of his 3's time, not to mention all of their ults should be good counters to Bakasura's ult, one way or another. And most of those are the major meta Warrior/Solos anyway. The most vulnerable matchups against Bakasura would probably be Odin and Guan Yu, so just be careful with those. Osiris, Chaac, and Hercules also have ways of dealing with him but they're a bit more limited, so they're closer matchups.
Yeah, he's pretty powerful right now, but really the only thing that's changed is his jungle camp control. He still has the same weaknesses and strengtha as before when everyone thought he was trash, he can just steal mid camps and boars a lot easier now, that's all.
It's funny how the meta works sometimes, especially when Brandon ranks Baka as S+ for SPL simply because of jungle control and now everyone is using him...
Works every time.
Honestly, I would try and farm minion waves and avoid boxing him. By doing this you can ensure that he won't get fed (fed Baka=GG), then hopefully your team comp is stronger than your opponent's in the mid to late stages of the game. There's a reason warriors are picked in solo lane far more than any other class...they bring far more to the table in the second half of the game than Baka or Loki ever will. Odds are if you are facing a Baka solo, they still have a physical assassin in the jungle. You can exploit this greatly as the game moves on.
As for your question about Hastened Fatalis...read the passive. It removes the basic attack speed debuff on successful basic attacks so you "stick" to your target. The item also grants +10% movement speed, so you need to counter it with Midguardian, as pointed out by Leg Muscles.
Come on man :P
Recently yes, but that does not mean he is OP. Baka received a minor buff at the beginning of Season 3 which has made him viable again. If you are citing the SmiteGuru graphs, he also is one of those assassins whose win rates drop the longer the game goes. As I said, fed Baka=GG. Baka's late game is still overshadowed by other picks.
I will stand by this, if your team feeds an enemy god(s) to the point that you are surrendering or having your Titan die in under twenty minutes...then you really need to evaluate your early game decision making. For example, players who pick Baka know they have a limited window to get fed and carry the game. DENY THEM THE ABILITY TO CARRY. Just don't die seven times in the first ten minutes and you should be good :)
lmao
Wait wait, what was the buff, did I miss it?
