Golden, Legendary and Diamond skins

Doesn't anyone else think they look UGLY AS F*CK when they change the skin color?
For example, scylla vs jing wei
When you equip the diamond skin on scylla, her skin becomes diamond, as well as her clothes.
While on jing wei, her skin stays the same, but her clothes and bow are different (wich btw looks F*CKING AWESOME)

Why would they do that?
Laziness?

Scylla skins are ones of the old ones, they are slowly changed into new like Jing Wei skins. Btw. Jing Wei uses crossbow not a bow and it's difference.

Well, her crossbow goes around her arm, wich makes it a bit hard to see if it's a bow or a crossbow (yes, i know the difference)

New ones looks better IMO. But some of the old ones they won't change i think (like geb ^_^)

Possibly, since most of the old mastery skins were simple retexturings of the basic god model, but the mastery skins when they were first introduced were described as supposed to look like statues of the gods themselves that had come to life.

However, yes, most people have agreed with you that they just look weird and so last year they started doing new mastery skins with the skin intact and only the clothes and other accessories changing to the associated color scheme, and they've slowly been working through the older gods and redoing their mastery skins.

They will eventually get to them all, though they have said some of the less humanoid gods might not get changed since they don't have a distinction between clothes and skins...

Thanatos doesnt need a whole reskin, but some parts changed because you can't really make the difference between some parts of his costume (i don't play thanatos but still...)

Right, so they might leave Thanatos' mastery skins as-is as well.

mate, you can make a backup of saves easly. Most of them are in %appdata% folder :)
