On PC and Mac:
1) Download SMITE at www.smitegame.com/download
2) If you do not already have a Hi-Rez Account, create one here and after creating an account log in to SMITE.
3) Within SMITE, click on the STORE tab, then REDEEM
4) Enter your code and click REDEEM CODE

On Xbox One or PlayStation 4:
1) Download SMITE from the console's store
2) Launch SMITE and log in
3) Click on the STORE tab, then REDEEM CODES, then SMITE CODE
4) Enter your code and click OK

How come it's only the people who don't play this game are getting this redeemable code?

Because it was in the Humble Bundle, so they purchased the bundle for the other stuff in the bundle and decided to be nice and give away the code for the game they weren't going to play.

Getting that in the humble bundle got me to try the game, and I love the game. Everything aside from the toxic players of course.
