[SOLVED] Unable to claim Cutesy Avatar Chest

So after completing 6 Japanese Odyssey quests I have 3000 points, I have unlocked a Cutesy avatar chest as the first reward but I am unable to claim or open it, it just says that it's owned. What am I supposed to do?

Turns out that the 3000 odyssey point requirement was a typo, and you actually need 3500. I completed the 7th and final Japanese quest and unlocked both the Cutesy Avatar chest and a bonus Odyssey 2017 chest.

You will find it in the Rewards tab, where you claim daily rewards and other stuff.

I've checked there already, there is nothing to claim.

Yea if you cant claim the cutesy chest you dont get the chest reward fore every unlock

Even I am having the same problem. I can assure everyone we will get it eventually, but in the meantime send a Support Ticket and I will see if there's anything else I can find out about the situation.

Pretty much this. Rewards are supposed to be every 3500 points. I bet the chests unlock tomorrow.
