My Season Ticket 2015 Epic Loading Frame is Gone. How can I get it back?

For the Season Ticket 2015 I earned an epic loading from by acquiring 15,000 FP. I'm talking about the one that looks like this: https://i.imgur.com/lJMusS1.jpg

Then I stopped playing Smite for a long time.

Today I played again. I still have the ability to choose the Season Ticket 2015 loading frame from the in-game interface. But even when I do so, the image that actually displays on the loading screen is no longer what it is supposed to be. It doesn't look like that image linked to above anymore. Instead, it looks like one of the lower-tiered & much worse versions of the Season Ticket 2015 loading frame.

It took a lot of time and effort to earn the epic loading frame so I would appreciate if anyone can please tell me how to make it work again.

Thanks for sharing the info.

I know it must not have happened to everyone though, because I've seen a player in-game yesterday (December 17 2018) who had his Season Ticket 2015 epic loading frame working fine.

I really hope they fix this problem for everyone who did unfairly lose their frame.

that plus the fact that they removed stats from loading screen :/ Loading a game became boring

They removed some specific skins/loading frame ect to make a final fix about cross flatform xbox/PC u can go on their twitter and check out their tweet

I just read that Tweet. I don't think it is referring to the issue in the OP. Nothing in that Tweet says they intended to remove the Season Ticket 2015 Epic loading frame from some players.

And if they did intend to remove it, then that wouldn't explain why some people still have it, and others do not.
