1.DO NOT,auto lock.auto lock is basically choosing a god and locking instantly as soon as the god pick starts.don't,just dont.

2.please speak english,this game isn't just made for your own country.if you're playing in a group with your friend and you're teamed up with 1/2 person.speak english,dont fill the chat up with whatever your language is.people always say that "my english is bad",IT'S OKAY.i prefer you speaking english but poorly rather than speaking your language which i cant understand at all.

3.don't feed..just please,if you're coming to smite from another moba then you should know what's feeding is,basically it's just dying a lot.if you have 0 kill and you have 3+ deaths or so then you're feeding.if you're new to the game,stay at the back and let your team do most of the work.if you aren't getting any kills,atleast dont die.

4.don't touch conquest unless you know what to do,if you're really new to the game then just play arena.arena is pretty straight forward and beginners should go there.

that's all i can think of right now,feel free to add more.i made this discussion because lots of new players usually have 0 idea how to play,usually they only run around and die.hopefully this discussion will help you in the long run.thanks

Yes, English might be widely spoken, but it doesn't mean they have to speak it. It's almost hypocritical, and it was in the same sentence.

Auto lock; definitely something to avoid. If you really want to play a particular god, select them but don't lock in. That way, people know what you are picking, and will likely pick around it, and won't get annoyed that you insta-locked (because now they HAVE to play a different role, since you can't change after locking in).

Feeding; You are forgetting assists. Some gods are made for assists, some just get them easier than kills, and some gods get kills easier than assists (compared to some team mates). Basically, if you are dying for no reason, and you have warnings of enmies incoming, or you are doing somethign stupid and getting killed for it more than a few times, THEN you are feeding. And will hopefully learn from those deaths and avoid it in future.

thanks for the correction,yes some gods are made for assists.that's true,but i'm talking about the assasins,hunter,mage and so on.these are made for getting kills.

as for the english part,yes they dont have to speak it.but it's one of those unspoken rules,it's just one of those things that are just common sense yet so many people avoid it.i personally hate it when someone just type something in the chat which no one understands,it's annoying and it's not helping in the team whatsoever.

my problem is that i can fight it's just that certain people hate me for what god i use and there are specific gods i CANNOT BEAT. some examples would be: herc, ymir, zeus, chaac, and cabrakan.

This game also isn't made for just English speaking countries. NA contains Mexico and Central America ((Spanish)), and Canada which depending on the region has a large number of French speakers. Then Europe has a boatload of different languages too, as do most parts of the world really.

Feeding can't be helped sometimes. I had a game yesterday where I was 22 or 23 kills and only 3 deatshs. I've had games with 0 kills and 12 deaths. There are too many factors in a match; skill is but one.
