Cross Progression
I thought this game offered cross progression across accounts? I have some stuff on PS4 which is linked as well as my Steam, but my Steam version is a new account altogether. Is there something I have to do to use my PS4 data?

Issue with Sony, Xbox works just fine.

Edit: I was in the same position as you, with 800 hours on PS4, just gotta start over I suppose.

It is because I talked to Hi-Rez support and this was their reply:

Unfortunately, the PlayStation is not included in our Cross-Progression feature at this time. Please note that Cross-Play and Cross-Progression are different. No Steam, Xbox, Switch, or PC account content may be transferred or merged to/from a PSN account. Check out our Cross-Play FAQ - https://www.hirezstudios.com/crossplay/

Should Sony decide to participate in the Cross-Progression feature, we will announce this to our players on our social media platforms.
