"Cant connect to server" and hi rez own website keeps loading
I try to manage my account on hi-rez own website but it just keeps loading nothing happens.

i always write down my codes and i havent played smite in ages. it accepted my credentials when the first launcher appeared, but when i want to enter the servers inside the game it says i cant connect.

what is this piece of ♥♥♥♥.

cant even do anything about it because of the stupid loading screen that wont go away on their own website. so i couldnt even change my password if i wanted to.

Maybe you can use a friends computer or a cellphone or go to a public library... Did you try restarting your computer? May clear up this problem easily. Was taking forever to connect to my Steam account today. I restarted the computer and problem solved

there is web form for HiRez support where you don't need any login. Just an email.

Great and i get the same ♥♥♥♥ if i push "Contact us" at the bottom or any of the other things. so basically anything that takes me away from the regular main site rapes everything and puts it to a stand still. and thats after i reinstalled the game 3 times because eventually it wouldnt even start from the launcher. i got this weird stupid error.


and somehow my malware protection program saw smite updating as a problem also. way to go making a game unplayable.

Did you even try to search for HiRez support?
There is also a link for it in the FAQ thread that is pinned in General Discussions.

Malware protection causing a problem with a game can happen to any game. It isn't necessarily Smite's fault, it is more likely the Malware protection program (same thing happens with antivirus every now and then for some games).

Also, I can access Contact Us with no problems whatsoever. So this seems to be an issue on your end.

Make sure you scan your PC, just in case, if you haven't already done so.

"Wierd stupid error" is very descriptive. Could you actually post the error? That might help a little to try and find a solution to your problem.

EDIT:
Contact us works. My Account link doesn't. That one is on the site. But I have been able to get in game.
