Ares Fernando skin, how do I get it?

I've owned the Founder's Pack for Paladins for a while now. I've just started playing Smite earlier this week and found out Ares has a Fernando skin! So, I go and check it out and... I don't own it? I read up on how one gets it, if I missed out and found out you get it if you own the Founder's Pack for Paladins!

Wait... I own the pack, why dont I have the skin :S

Was it a limited time thing or is it just being buggy?

Yup and the skin just says Exclusive. Not limtied.

Check email if they have sent code or send a support ticket. Is it the same account u use for smite and paladins?

I had the same issues when the skin was first available.

Contact HiRez support, they fixed it for me within the week (I think it was actually a couple of days). If it's too late to get it (make sure you tell them when you bought the pack), they will let you know.

Well I did that, I'm just waiting for them to reply back. I also added in that I haven't gotten my Xbox and PS4 skins for PC as well. I have those linked too.

Is it just cause Hi-Rez has it's own launcher or something?

Not sure. I think I was on the non-steam client and still had to contact them. So it might just be somethign messing up on their end. They'll be able to sort itout though, you'll just have to wait for a response (they also sorted the PS4 skins for me when they didn't come through).
