Its really just a sign of weakness. They got their ego hurt during the game and in order to attempt at getting you mad, they spam emote. They are clearly having a rough day so you just have to pity them, move on, and don't stoop down to their level in the end game lobby. They are looking for a reaction.

They are just trying to piss someone off in your team. If you get mad, you'll most likely play worst.

Just mute them. It makes it so that you cannot hear them laugh or taunt, which are the only two things you can hear from an enemy player.
