Does Runeforged Hammer work on Chaac?
I tried testing it while using his 3 but really did see no difference. Isn't his 3 considered crowd control since it slows you?

If it doesn't work on Chaac's 3, then that means Runeforged's passive only takes effect with Hard CC, such as Stuns, Silences etc. A Slow is considered a Soft CC.

I just tested this in Jungle Practice, and Runeforge does in fact work with Chaac's 3. You'll only see a clear damage increase if you're building damage though. So if you build full tank with Chaac, you won't see a big difference, since it's only a 15% damage increase.

Ah so its useless to me since i do build most of my items tank.

Yeah, Runeforge is a pretty bad item.
