I CANT BUY GEMS VIA STEAM!!!

i want to buy gems that are in offer and i cant!! the throw me to hi rez acount that i dont remember my password no matter i do i cant reset my password so plz return the way to buy via steam!!

I got the same problem... Wrote a ticket 2 months ago and still got no answer.

I got banned and played with my boyfriend's account and on his account i was able to buy gems through steam. It is so annoying because there is NO WAY to reset my account settings... Worst part is that i do remember my nickname and password... But it still tell me isn't the right ones...

Heck, they have gems on Amazon but never offer sales there, same for their other products.

That's the problem. We can't do it. It doesn't open steam wallet as it used to do. It open ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Hirez Studios website.
