ultimate god pack not giving gods

Been a long time since I've played and I had no problem with this before but since I forgot my account I was forced to make a new one. Since this was bought on steam however this should work on any account and yet its not working on this one.

No, it doesn't work on any account. It works on the HiRez account that it was bought for.

Uh it shows up as dlc though so what if he makes another its his dlc that he paid for on the same steam account

But the purchase get's applied in-game to whatever account was linked/logged in when you bought it.
You can purchase it again through the Smite website I believe. Or, use the non-Steam client.

OP said he forgot the account. That's not HiRez's fault.

huh well op 1 final thing u could try is install smite go to dlc and tick the ultimate god pack so it says installed then load it up wonder if that would work..

Well well would you look at that, I get back into the proper account and yet it asks me to rename it and still wont use the ultimate god pack which is the account i use it on. How do I know? because it says I'm a beta tester and says im level 22. Perhaps its your broken way you did your dlc? oh it is

Because I don't know what to tell you at that point. Nothing I can do about it, as I am not really employed by HiRez/Titan Forge, so I don't know the ins-and-outs of how they do things.

Only thing you can do is ask Support.

Exactly however you still represent hi-rez as a mod, employed or not, and you decide to blame me for it and tell me to spend money that I already spent instead giving me a link to support. I only came on steam to see if it was a simple solution and if others had this issue.

Yeah, you've really misunderstood what I've written.

I never told you to spend more money.
I was referring to GreenDragon's comment about using another account. The DLC is tied to the HiRez account, so if you purchased through Steam, then linked a different account, that's the only way you could get the DLC on the new account. It wasn't in response to you.

Your original post said that you forgot your account info, so unless you misspoke that would be your fault.

Except it isn't, I cant redeem something unless the account is linked and since it was redeemed that means the account was linked. They forgot it I have no reason to remember 2 user names and 2 passwords when it should just be the 1 I need to remember.

No, it does not work like this. Never has, never will. It is ignorant to think this. If this was the case, one steam account could buy the godpack, and then make infinite logins via hirez and just give out free god pass basically.

Also, once linked, I'm not entirely sure it can be unlinked from steam. Wife and I play since closed beta, then stopped playing from 2017 to 2019, downloaded it again on steam, account was still inked, god pack still there.

Something about this post is very fishy, no offense. I'd suggest a ticket to hi rez to identify the original account with the god pack purchase, then a ticket to steam to see if you can link the correct account. I'm not sure, but you are incorrect in your presumption of buying it under one account will unlock it under any account.

This contradicts your first post entirely. YOU said YOU forgot the account. So, that IS ALL you need to remember, is the original account that you made the purchase on. So, yeah. You just have the 1 you need to remember.

You can unlink the Steam account if you login via the website with the linked account. Then link the correct one.
