SMITE
Smite.exe has been detected as a Malware
So, after the latest path my game have been classified by my antivirus (Malwarebytes Premium) as a ransomware type of virus...

Hey an update, I was able to lunch the game in 32 bit mode.
Remember to first restore it from quarantine in Malwarebytes

With all the exclusives, it should be labeled as ransomware. That antivirus has the right of it, and is not a false positive.

It's fine, it's by no means a virus. Some Antiviruses (such as Malwarebytes) will pick it up as one. Just allow it/ignore it/add it to the exclusions.
