SMITE
FPS stuttering and locking
i decided to return to smite after quite a bit of time away from the game and im struggling with two problems which make me hesitant to jump back into pvp games. the first problem im having is that im struggling with FPS drops as severe as 62 all the way down to 22 both at random and whenever i try to turn with my God in any match. the second problem is the locking of my FPS to 62 when i know my machine can run this game much faster. has anyone encountered an FPS stutter like this one or have found a way to fix either problem?

EDIT: in reference to the FPS stuttering, it seems to only happen when im turning and not auto-attacking

Same but I go from 60+ to 30 fps for less then a second. It only happens in Arena tho.

FPS problems
I have FPS drops and stutters for a week now. I used to play with at least 120 FPS with max settings. I can't seem to fix this problem. Anyone have it? Or do you have any solutions? Cheers.

Are you using 64 bit or 32 bit when launching?
Are you using the Direct X 11 option in the settings?

I use 64 bit yeah but idk anything about DX11

Try switching to 32-bit when starting up (right clicking on it in the Library should give the option).
For DirectX options, 9 might be better if you are still seeing issues.

Personally, 64-bit and DX11 caused me stuttering problems. Same goes for some other users, and changing these helped. Others haven't had this issue though, so it's not a sure thing.

Tried 32-bit in one game and had no issues at all. Thank you :)

I completely solved the problem by turning off (when I play) a little software which allows me to have a shortcut bar on Windows called "Objectdoc Plus" so I invite everyone who has seen this problem appear then that their configuration worked well before this crappy update (I suspect easyanticheat too) of turning off all the small windows additional programs which can create this problem (only in smite elsewhere...) once the software is found you will be saved!!
