They do stack. And you can get over 100% anti heal as far as I am aware (I don't recall any recent changes to this).
Items with similar effects don't stack, like Divine Ruin and Brawlers, or Pestilence and Contagion, even if bought on different players.
You have the full healing reduction of Odin and Ravana ultimates.
Chang'e and Sobek 3rd ability. (50%)
You have Divine Ruin OR Brawlers. (40%)
Contagion OR Pestilence. (25%)
Toxic Blade. (20/40%)
Cursed Anhk relic. (50%)
A single player could get a potential 105% from items, plus 50% from the relic.
You aren't going to get realistically build all of those on a single player, since that would be pointless. But amongst a team you can definitely do it regularly without a massive impact to any 1 players build.
This is a team game, so coordinating your attacks on the players you need to will be enough to stop their healing, even ignoring the specific characters I mentioned.
They don't say anything about not stacking in the item description as opposed to Pestilence and Contagion where it's clearly stated.
General rule in the game is that similar effects don't stack,
They both give an anti-heal debuff at the same value via abilities. So I'm fairly sure they don't stack.
They have been inconsistent with things in the past, so Pestilence and Contagion stating it might be because of that, or because everyone can buy those 2 items. Divine Ruin and Brawlers are damage type specific, so there's no real need to state it on those items.
EDIT:
Actually, I may be wrong on those 2 stacking after all;

Apparently they didn't use to, which might be why I misremembered it.
thank god for antiheal because if it wasn't for that the game would be a disaster. imagine a herc tethered to an aphro, good luck doing ANYTHING against that without antiheal. what about a 2-3 healer combo guerrilla tactics - heal - repeat. add shields on top of that and it's a never ending nightmare.
you say you are a master aphrodite and while it can get annoying to be countered you should have known better before complaining about this. any player who has played smite for more than 200 hours would realize that antiheal is probably one of the most essential counter play viable things this game has. if not for that then they would have to nerf every healing ability to the ground to compensate for the lack of a countermeasure
you will not fall
Not much CC (and using it is risky), only single-target healing, has to build power to get anything done with her kit which is bad for a support since that takes more gold and leaves less room for aura/tank items needed to better serve the lane/teamfights, etc.
Healing needs to be not just counterable, but easily counterable for the health of the game. Nobody wants Season 5's healer meta to return, that ♥♥♥♥ was awful.
Learn to play around antiheal. Buy items like Lotus Crown to add extra utility to your heals, pull back from fights when you need to heal, etc. If you can't fit Rod of Asp into your build ask a teammate to buy Caedecus Shield.
