Iogin information failed verify user name and password

so ive been trying to login for almost an hour already and nothing seems to work, my pc suddenly restarted when I opened smite and when I turned it back on smite is not on my library so i installed it again, so then I tried to login then it says that login inforamtion failed verify username and password and I clicke the forgot password button but it led me nowhere, it led me into the Smite site but I cant find any change password or forgot password in there, I need help
