whats with goodwill?

so 1-2 hours ago i afkd from lobby because i wasnt satisfied with the role i got in conquest but my goodwill didnt decrease at all. in fact it still is at 100%

why would you afk. this is one of the most annoying things someone can do now since it can take someone more than 8 minutes to get in a match. not cool at all.

but the goodwill won't decrease. not sure if it's a bug or intented.

that's cool and all but you are playing with other people. you are causing 9 other people to wait for god knows how long. that's not the way to go.

Its intended because they removed the punishments from dropping a match when they added the new MM
