No. It's ok as a random mode for a few days, but as stated, would split the playerbase more (assuming it was popular enough to notice the split). If you want to do it, you can always set up custom games with similar/identical rules.

its a fun mode but its still only MOTD. i love omnipotence 2.0 but still dont want it as a game mode.

this is too true, id probably go from playing a good balanced amount of all the gamemodes to maining Till death and never doing anything else
