Account Not Logging In

Now I was just playing SMITE and logged off. I was logging into SMITE and a
message came up saying ''Your login credentials are no longer valid'' and
something about an authentication error or expiration. What does this mean?
I just purchased like 500-600 gems and everything was working perfectly
fine. I don't understand why it won't let me login SMITE. I haven't done
anything wrong at all.

Have you confirmed that you are using your exact username and password correctly? Likely you may have forgotten something IF you've been using auto-login.
Your login username as I know, can be different from your SMITE username.

If you're sure that that's not the issue, then you should either reset your password.
Further problems, then Hi-Rez support is the last option.

Yes I've been using the correct one I just had "Keep me logged in" checked whenever I log onto smite. The thing is it won't let me login to my HiRez account on the browser too it says the username and password is incorrect. In launcher every time I try to login it says "Your username and password combination failed authentication".

That really sounds like an incorrect keystroke when entering maybe your password perhaps. Anytime I have seen that message, that's exactly what I had done. Could try rebooting your computer, but otherwise something in your combination was off, almost certainly. Good Luck

You could try to contact support via email and ask them to manually reset your password. I did that once had to wait a bit for their response but got access to my account back and had no login problems ever since (ecept when SMITE servers act up again )

I've typed my password correctly everytime. I've tried troubleshooting the game, reinstalling pre-req, I've tried absolutely everything.

I've submitted a support ticket and anxiously waiting for a reply. It's really weird because yesterday it was fine in the morning but when I logged out and logged back in like 10-15 minutes later, it wouldn't let me login at all. This has neverr happened to me before and I've been playing since S2. I had a feeling I was being hacked but that went away when I did some research on SMITE forums and it's happened to other people aswell.
