I don't think any are like that.

You have Awilix who can ride a panther (?), but doens't have the spear ability you are looking for.

Geb is probably the closest character with that ability. His 2 does damage based on how far away you are when you get hit by it. But it's in a cone shape, not a spear.

I didn't realise it could do that.

I also forgot that Janus ult does that too, but you likely won't be using it for that reason a lot fo the time.

Yeah, but Janus ult goes from 75% percent scaling to 100% percent scaling and has a >100 sec cooldown.

Isis has about 12 sec and even the stun gets 50 percent longer.

Sorry TC, there isn't a god that has this type of playstyle. Some gods have an ability that is somewhat affected by distance, but their kits are not designed around this mechanic.

It would be a good idea for a new god, but Hi-Rez has a history of horribly implementing new mechanics from other MOBAs. Cu Chulainn is still OP as hell because the rage mechanic does not work too well in SMITE.
