I would not go for Warlocks with the other items you got... I would opt into, let's say, more protections like a mantle of discord or more damage.
Then again I do not play conquest.
For Solo, starting warlocks after Warrior Blessing seems alright.
Then boots (or boots first depending on matchups).
Then defence for whatever type you need. Breastplate for physical, maybe consider Genji's Guard for double magical on that side (magical solo and jungle). Void Stone is also a nice choice though.
Alternatively, instead of an early warlocks, you can get a late Ethereal Staff to get some healtha nd power from it.
Spear of the Magus will almost always be picked up by the mid laner mage, but if they aren't going to, it's ok if you don't need the extra defence. If they do get it, Void Stone should be fine. Cerb does a ton of damage anyway if you hit the abilities often enough (another plus for Ethereal Staff).
Gem of Isolation might not be needed, his slow is very easy to hit anyway, but again, decent item to capitalise on it. It's also the reason taking it later on is ok, since you'll be slowing regardless. Might not be worth it if lots of people get winged blade though. Getting Iso early brings attention to the slows, and people will likely buy Winged Blade earlier if they cant' get away from you.
Mantle of DIscord also never a bad pick. Might even want it early depending on team comps, and how many times you are being ganked.
Stone of Gaia early on if you think you will be going against knockups (or at least being hit by them). Even just getting T1 can help with early sustain along with Warriors Blessing.
For Joust and Siege, it depends on team comp. Since you are almost guarenteed to be sharing stacks with 1 or 2 other people, Warlocks might be a bad choice since you take away from the Carries. Getting Ethereal Staff later on can offset it.
I'd get defence early, since you will still be dealing decent damage (unless you have another dedicated tank, in which case go nuts). Getting damage items later on.
