Awesome Chest

Was anyone else rewarded an Awesome Chest when you logged in today? It contains a guaranteed exclusive God skin. it was so random but I'm not complaining.

Yeah, I have Twitch Prime and didn't get my chest yesterday, but I checked today and you'll see the banner says you need to claim the Paladins loot from Twitch to get the Awesome chest in Smite. So once I clicked on the claim for the Paladins loot and confirmed my Prime account and the link between Twitch and HiRez accounts I got my Awesome chest.

So again, if you have Prime already and didn't get your Awesome chest, you need to claim the Paladins loot on Twitch to get the Awesome chest for Smite.

Either it was a very lucky glitch or do you have your account linked to Twitch ?
Sometimes you get drops for watching streams.
I never got anything that cool outside of the HRX live streams...

did you purchase a bundle from the ragnarok event and completed a quest? because right now awesome chests are rewarded from geting the bundles and completing the quests

Got a chest too, I haven't watched any streams of SMITE in latest days, and only thing I have is free 1 month trial of Twitch Prime, but I doubt it's because of that, since there is no reward listed for SMITE.

It is because of that. The launcher says that twitch prime owners get an awesome chest in Smite, and some other chest in Paladins.

Did you buy a ragnarok bundle? Those come with the keys to unlcok the awesome chests; after you have a key, and finish enough quests, you get an awesome chest.
