New Player: can't find a match?

I just started playing yesterday. I'm at lvl 5 currently. For the first few games i played with other players but now even in arena my team is made up of bots while the enemy team is made of bots as well. I was excited to play conquest but the game could not find me any match. I feel I'm doing pretty decent as I knew the basics of the game before I started playing by seeing other people play. I've waited 30+ minutes, changed region preference but couldnt find any match. I have crossplay enabled. Please help me.

If bots are in the game, then it's putting you in AI modes for some reason. Bots don't fill for players in the Normal queues.

So, double check what you are queuing for, and what mode it says when you are in Lobby. If it says Coop or AI anywhere, you may need to make a support ticket.

It's also possible that you can't play Conquest yet. I can't remember what the level requirement was for that mode.

EDIT: It does say level 5 and having unlocked Arena, Joust, and Assault on the website. So a support ticket might be needed if you are certain you are queuing correctly.
