What Items Are Worth Building on Bellona and Achilles?

Is Hydra's Lament worth it in their overall good builds?

No, you generally want to run a bruiser build that'll allow you to disrupt and stick to people. I'm not an Achilles player but for Bellona most builds I see usually go like this (solo lane conq)

Warrior's Blessing > Berserker's Shield > Warrior's boots > Defense item (depending on opponent) > situational items

Solo lane is all about counterbuilding and to be frank I rarely play Bellona so I'm not the greatest source of info on either

Still, this is some useful information. Ill have to keep this in mind when building hah I never go Berserker's shield.... I feel dumb now that i think of it. I should since she already has built in healing.

usualy they go for tankiness with some damage in there. while the warrior builds can be similar bellona can get away with other things. achilles has a lot of damage and thanks to his execute you can build him full cdr tank and he will do great. bellona on the other hand while she can be great with a lot of defence she doesnt' really need cdr which opens up some other options. on top of that i've seen a lot of attack speed builds on bellona which actualy work really well due to her kit. as for hydra's it's a terrible thing to get on a warrior. while the stats are great the passive doesn't really work well if you don't have enough power so that item is generaly used more by assassins and rarely by some hunters that could utilize it but on warriors it's not really a good choice. i mean you can indeed build it if you go damage but there are better options.

Depends on mode. If you're doing solo in Conquest, then pretty much what MossyRathalos said with those few core items and then the rest being counterbuilding.
On the other hand, if you wanna have fun in a somewhat less competitive mode do Ninja Tabi-->Hastened Katana-->Executioner-->Qin Sai's-->Stone Cutting Sword-->Atalanta's Bow/Masamune-->Sell boots buy the other one and an elixir of speed.
Works like a charm in arena.

rushing boots is viable option on achilles since he has passive armor + that dodge ability you can bully other solo laner.
frostbound hammer can be good pick for bellona against mages.
but against other warriors you generally want shields glad, berserker, void, ancile vs mages guardians, blackthorn or mystic mail, sometimes brawler stick.
the only damage item on achilles should be crusher, maybe yotun or late game titan bane.... souleater might be also viable option for solo laners.
but achilles jungler is not that bad either and you can build him full dmg.
