forgot the account password in Smite
Guys help how to change the password of the Smite account in the game itself. I press "I do not remember the password" I throw it on the site Hi rez and it's not clear what to do next I just played 30 hours I do not want to lose progress

when you pressed the 'I do not remember the password' button did you receive an email with instructions?

No, don't do that. Your best bet is to contact Hi-Rez customer support.
