2nd skill is not useless, can give healing, ignore mana cost, increase damage on basics or abilities. Also increases speed and attack speed for duration.
3rd ability hits twice, stuns (combo with 1), a little slow but that's ok.
Ult basically acts as a revive when used right. You can also do intereesting things with it (chase someone, kill then ult all the way back, or get chased and use it to get behind and escape). Returns mana and health lost within last 8 seconds, and reduces your CDs.
I'm thinking this is either a troll post or you just don't know how to play Chronos.
it is the most frustrating god for newbie , what item are you usually use? mine usually lose against kuulkan, or other tanker despite the first skill have better damage but can't beat Guardian or tanker role in "Clash" arena...dunno why the game dont make class system like Support, Healer, Pusher, Carry..
Also his 1 has low cooldown. You have to hit though to make it work. He is also very late game oriented due to his new passive. Practice more and don't play in quick Arena.
He gets full power at 50 min mark!
You’re just bad man.
Alright, so...
His new passive grants him magical power for doing absolutely nothing.
His 1 is small - i aint sugarcoat that - but look at the cooldown and the damage. The damage is almost the same as He Bo's 1, from which we all know it hits hard. But, he does not have to get up close to hit it, and even if he misses, you just wait 5 seconds. Literally.
His 2 grants him 2,5 extra pairs of boots (up to +45 percent movement speed) as well as 2 attack speed items for 7 seconds. And it has his old passive, which grants him 1 of 4 buffs depending on he timing he activates it. He can use his 2 at about 140 mana, clear wave with 80 mana left, and after his 2, he only wasted 60 mana to clear the wave. Or he can make his autos hard as heck. Or heal himself. Or make his abilities even harder. Just hit the right timing.
His 3 deals about half the damage of his 1, and enemies hit will get slowed until they are stunned, then they take the same damage again. There is like, a second of time until they are stunned for one second. That is 2 seconds of CC in one ability, one second soft, the other hard. You cant conplain about that, since the projectile is huge. Hit his 3-1 combo for a whopping 520+160 percent scaling damage. An amplified auto will deal some extra 65+55 percent scaling damage, in total 585+215 percent scaling from his 2-3-auto-1 combo. That is a lot of scaling. And did you read his new passive?
His 4.
You get the health value and position back you had 8 seconds ago. In other words, you can give yourself an EXTRA HEALTH BAR just for pressing one button. The position stuff is what makes new players confused, however. Once you get used to it, though, you will find yourself tower diving, getting a kill, and ult out like nothing happened. (At least it got me confused when I started SMITE.) However, it also resets the cooldowns of all the other skills.
So... His 2-3-auto-1 combo can be extended.
His 2-3-auto-1-4-2-3-auto-1 combo is pretty hard to land, but if you do, you will be rewarded with dealing 1170+430 PERCENT OF MAGICAL POWER AS PURE. FRICKIN. DAMAGE.
Boi.
Lets compare that to He Bo.
He Bo's strongest combo is 3-4-1.
That will deal 1260+280 percent of magical power as damage.
Lets say Chronos and He Bo have 600 magical power, easy to reach in lategame.
He Bo will deal 2940 magical damage with his strongest combo.
Chronos will deal 3750 magical damage with his.
That is a difference of 810 magical damage.
So... Yeah.
I've saved our ADC in at least two matches by acting as a decoy like that.
