Fenrir - Best Build?

Hi guys,

What build would you think is the best for Fenrir (Damage wise)? Need some advice please

I use brawler fenrir build - you do sick damage and you also tanky as hell
mystical mail, warrior tabi, masamune, shifter's shield, jotuhn's wrath, titan's bane
for joust masamune is replaced with hide of urchin, in conquest you can skip mystical
optional: brawler's beat stick, gladiator's shield, mantle of disord

if initiating, on full runes use leap for stun, but if you need damage or enemies don't have a stun for you, on full runes use howl - with +105 power buff (that's why you don't need to buy much damage), titan's bane and brutalize no one will survive

Build lifesteal, penetration and some physical protection.

I would go with a bruiser type build too.

Items I would consider getting in no particular order (depending on matchups and situationals);
- Warrior Tabi
- Breastplate of Valour
- Masamune
- Jotuns Wrath
- Brawlers Beatstick (for healers)
- Hide of the Urchin
- Spirit Robe (for CC heavy teams)
- Mantle of DIscord
- Shifters Shield
- Mystical Mail
- Titans Bane

Avoid going over the CDR cap (so no Mantle, or Spirit Robe with Jotuns + Breastplate).
Remember that Fenrir gets protections in his ultimate, so you can get quite a lot of protections when you use it well.

Shoguns is also an item to consider if your tank isn't getting it. Especially if you want to go an attack speed build (apparently it's viable, but I haven't tried one yet).

Thanks guys! I'm new to the whole Smite thing and getting familiar with roles and builds. Do I get these items from the God Builder?

In the item shop in a match, you can go to the All Items tab at the top of the window. You can do a search for the name (search bar), or filter by type (Penetration, Attack Speed, Lifesteal etc). There is also the Popular Items, which are items that are most commonly bought on that game mode (doesn't work for MOTD though).

You can go into god builder, and the search and filter options are the same. You can set up your own build there which will appear under Custom (dropdown menu at the top of the item store) in game (the item shop will default to this view if you have a custom build set up).
