My account doesn't exists anymore
Hi I used to play on brazilian server back in 2015

I wanted to come back to playing Smite but seems like there is no more brazilian server and data has been integrated into the global servers.

However it seems my old account doesn't exists anymore. Is there any way to recover it?
I had a lot of money invested on that account

Did you happen to make your account with google or facebook login? Try one of those, because if you try to login with hi rez with your google acc or facebook, it won't work.

No I did not. Back then (2015) those weren't options.

I tried to recover my account with "forgot my password" but it says my account doesn't exists.

Greetings,

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to migrate a Level Up SMITE account to the Hi-Rez server system. However, we are currently working to allow users that have not yet migrated to complete the migration process. We do not yet have an exact date on when this will occur so we will keep this support ticket open and we will update this ticket once we have news and information concerning the upcoming migration event.

UPDATE

Today I received an email from support saying they can finally migrate my account.

They asked me to create a new account on hirez server and then they can import all my stuff on it

They finished migrating today.

All my masteries and currency is gone :steamsad:
A lot of missing Gods and Skins too. Let's see if I can get them back.

In any case, if anyone have the same issue, asking support is the way to go, but expect to wait A LOT for a response.
