Fafnir is a dwarf who is cursed due to events caused by Loki and can turn into a dragon.
Ao Kuang I think is actually a dragon god in the lore, though his appearance is more a reference to that than a direct dragon look.
Kukulkan is similar to an eastern dragon, and actually has a skin for it (though I don't remember how you can obtain that skin).
Which skin do you mean?
The newest skin for him, Dragon's Rage - part of the new adventure mode bundle.
Oh, I forgot about that one. I was actually thinking of Old Kuang skin, the Sacred Dragon I think it's called. But the new one from the adventure is a dragon too.
The difference is, the characters that have been added, gods or otherwise, are all specific unique individuals. Adding dragons in general wouldn't work in Smite.
Adding a specific named dragon that was tied to a religion would be fine.Though I can't think of any I know for certain. As I said in my previous comment, Ao Kuang (1 of 4 dragon gods) and Fafnir are I think
Fafnir (5 limbs, w of which are wings, walks upright).
Kukulkan's new skin frim the current adventure.
Ao Kuang's Dragon Knight skin also has a western dragon when he ults.
