"Internal error connecting to Hi-Rez Service"
It appears that, and i dont know what to do, pls help D:! (I tried with Hi-rez diagnostic and support and didnt work, and if i try to uninstall hi-rez it appears the same message)

I dont remember exactly, i think i uninstalled and reinstalled it

I have the same problem, but i have downloaded the game via website and now it's working. Not to mention that i must wait for the game like 20min... (European servers...)
