How to get Dreadfull Doll Izanami?

The new Izanami skin is easily my favorite part about 4.4, and I'm wondering if anyone knows how it can be obtained. Will it be through a chest? It will probably be a chest...

Considering it has custom VGX emote it's probably in a chest like the warlord Khumba skin. Really sad too, it looks awesome and I was hoping to get it

Lets imagine you have a company and 10 different new products. How do you make your price policy?
Yes, you watch response. In test groups or early sales. Why would Hirez release all images whole week in advance? Where is the surprise effect in that? Probably Hirez doesn't even have clear idea how much each skin should cost on release. But then reading what is hyped and what is not they sure get some.

In other words if Izanami new skin lands in some stupid 5/55 box I will blame you. I would prefer 300..400 gem fair and direct sales. I won't roll any box just for her.
