Smite copies the the champions of League, I don't even have to say more than that. If they game developers are so sad to copy Champions from League so blatantly I don't even have to do anything else.

Actually Smite is basing characters off of dieties and similar beings, similar to what League does in at least some instances I imagine. In fact lots of fantasy characters tend to be based off of mythical beings, dieities, or legends no matter the format as it's a great source for inspiration.
