Resolution Scaling: No idea why but this game launches and matches the native resolution of my monitor (3840x2160) but everything is insanely small. The upgrade screen only zooms in about an inch, so each upgrade node is about 1/4 inch squares with the text font for upgrades being smaller than 8pt. For the text to appear normal and the upgrade screen to "fit" i have to scale my resolution from default (200%) to 350% which blows up anything else i try to run on that monitor.
