that said i Liked Fallout 1 Best but only because i have not tryed FO2 yet
Clearly global warming is to blame, here.
Didnt like the story-telling (...the lack of quality of it) in the third one (or Vegas for that matter) or the fact that they went totally off the map, with the genre they headed towards with the 2 new additions.
Just got myself the collection (1,2 + brotherhood of steel) after watching TotalBiscuit mention it in his latest Sales Box video. Didnt notice that they were so cheap + my old discs have disappeared over the last few years :D
Might just give them a run through, starting tomorrow :D
3 is just Oblivion with guns, with lots of forced dungeon trawling to navigate the invisible walls, a pointless VATS system, and "ooo shiny graphics", its style over substance, though it does rip off the story of 2 in a very obvious way to anyone who's played 2 and 3.
Dont forget Planescape: Torment.
