games all messed up, ive tried nothing and im all out of ideas.

so i got this game f1,f2 and tactics actually and both f1 and f2 are messed up pretty bad when i try to play.(havent tried tactics yet) game runs perfictly smoth and sound is fine but the screen looks like a tweeker puked a pixi stick full of LSD on half of every image. any idea how i can fix this?

I used to have that problem too. My first solution was to run the application directly from my Fallout 2 folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 2. That ran the game without the graphic glitch, but was a bit inconvenient and still needed Steam to be running. Recently though I've been using the Restoration Project mod, and that seems to have actually fixed the problem.
