Any way to change font size?

I don't see anything in any of the options for something like this, so is there perhaps a mod out there that changes the font size? I've really enjoyed the small section of the game I've played so far, but the tiny font is killing me.

There's not much you can do to change the font in dialogue, besides trying to make custom fonts and making them usable in Fallout's engine. I found this page on the Vault-Tec Labs Wiki[falloutmods.wikia.com] for modding in the Fallout games.

You can set Scaling to 2X in Screen settings + add SweetFx withs SMAA Anti-Aliasing to smooth things out (if you're using dx9 renderer).
