The V13 Deathclaws actually have 2 endings but one is bugged in the base game and you can't earn it. If you complete the game quick enough they don't even get a ending screen.
Westin and Carlson don't matter because if you complete the deal it just means Tandi remained in power and she's actually good at her job.
The elder could have had a second ending also for evil characters because the only other one makes no sense even if you were evil. In an evil ending, she could have died from the shame of having sent the Chosen One into the wasteland in the first place, but not before she was forced to exile him/her for disgracing their tribe.
The ending for Vault 13 if the Enclave killed the deathclaws could have mentioned the Enclave being responsible instead of blaming you for it, which made no sense.
They were literally being treated as human test subjects watching their fellow tribesmen choke to death on their own blood as their insides liquefied. I'm sure they can stand you being a jerk because your definitely better than the enclave.
Especially since my Vault dweller always turns out to be this mercenary that does every quest both good and evil to maximize XP.
