I've tried both the final version on Steam (EU region) of the first Fallout where these traits are censored the same way as in 2 and the original 1.0 (US) version where they aren't censored.
For some reason, I didn't have children in 1 on Steam, but I do in 2 on Steam. The traits are censored in both games on Steam, but I don't know about other stuff. I couldn't find a version of 2 where those traits are uncensored as in the original version of 1.
It's not like with Fallout 1 where you have to download children fix for them to work again. Cause both Steam and GOG versions have EU patch instead US one like Fallout 2.
Oh you must by one of those "individuals" that think doing evil things in video game = doing evil things in real life.
Idiocy indeed censoring video games because "pixelated violence and text boxes implying sexual intercourse"
In gog version not only they can be killed but they also fight back. The little kid in Klamath started throwing rocks at me before i crit killed him.
As for sex i've seen a "bathhouse" which gives "cleaning" with young women in rooms with beds.
Idk if it's censorship or clever writing calling a brothel "bathhouse" and doing .. you know what a "cleaning service" ^^ but it made me giggle.
Like I said, back when I played this game I didn't speak english, and had no idea what I was doing. I just remeber that I used to immediatly go to the Den and kill the guy in the green jacked because he had a revolver he'd die with but not use it against us hahahaha Then I'd just click randomly on the map trying to find new "cities" (if those can even be called that).
I am glad you can do that and I recommend doing that, it funny watching sulik pull out a knife and going to town in town where no one cares.
"No one cares" ? How? When i threw the first hit on one of the children. Entire town went for my throat. Companions would either kill everyone or get killed trying.
Or was i doing this wrong.. ?
