Where is Rich Fred?
I was doing Becky’s quest in which you must find Fred, which I did, and get her money back. I, however, chose to take only half of his money because I knew that if I waited 6 months he would pay me back 2000$. So, I waited 6 months and, for some reason, I can’t find him. I’ve looked everywere on the West side of the Den. Could someone tell me where he is?

He's usually in the same building as Flick, he should look kinda like James Bond...

That was the first place I looked since I found him there the first time. He isn’t there.

Did you wait 6 months in the Den? You need to head onto the world map and travel for a few days for the map to update with rich Fred.
